Newborn

Their little nose, lips, chubby cheeks, and tiny little toes don't stay that way for long. Before you know it, your newborn isn't so new anymore and they stop doing that adorable little "newborn scrunch". The best way to remember all their tiniest, cutest, littlest features is by getting newborn pictures taken. See my pricing here.

The best time to get newborn pictures taken is sometime within the first 3 weeks of their lives. Since everyones, pregnancy, labor and postpartum isn't the same, I don't believe in a specific day or week for newborn photos. All babies are different and have different needs. My personal favorite is between 2 and 2.5 weeks.

Indoor studio photoshoots are my bread and butter. The elements are more controllable such as lighting, sounds and temperature.  Photoshoots on average, take about 2-3 hours to complete. Since newborns poop, pee and need to eat a lot, getting babe to relax and be sleepy can sometimes take a little longer. I have a large variety of props, drops, and cute tiny outfits.  I even have a play area for all the older kiddos coming to participate in the photo session.

I also offer in-home photoshoots for a travel fee and have the ability to the studio aspect to your home.

So thankful for the incredible images Emma captured through our daughters first year of life. They were everything I dreamed of and she was so amazing to work with. Highly recommend!!

Emma is hands down the best infant photographer you will ever work with. Her photos are beautiful, and she curates a memorable fun experience. Emma and Paige, her postpartum doula colleague, are baby whisperers and naturals at getting the tiniest babies to stay calm and cooperate with the camera. They were so generous with their time, talent and care that we cannot thank them enough.

Mahalo nui Emma - I’d give you a million stars if it were possible!

Emma has taken family pictures for us twice and we absolutely love her! Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she is so sweet and patient and made it an overall enjoyable experience! I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a photographer! We look forward to working with her more in the future.
